    Referral partnership terms for Project Apex acquisition opportunity

    Commission Structure

    Referral Commission: $13,467 USD

    This commission is paid when your referred buyer successfully completes the acquisition of Project Apex.

    Eligibility Requirements

    • The referred buyer must be a new contact not previously engaged with DealFlowAgent
    • The referral must be registered before the buyer makes first contact
    • The referred buyer must complete the full acquisition transaction
    • All transaction documentation must be completed and funds transferred

    Payment Terms

    Payment Timing: Commission is paid within 30 days of transaction completion

    Payment Method: Bank transfer (wire transfer for international payments)

    Currency: USD (or equivalent in GBP/EUR at time of payment)

    How to Register a Referral

    1. Share the Project Apex listing using the referral buttons provided
    2. Inform us of the referral by emailing referrals@dealflowagent.com with:
      • Your full name and contact details
      • Referred buyer's name and company (if applicable)
      • Date of referral
    3. We will confirm receipt and track the referral in our system
    4. You'll be kept informed of major milestones in the transaction process

    Terms & Conditions

    • Commission is only paid upon successful completion of the acquisition
    • DealFlowAgent reserves the right to verify all referral claims
    • In case of disputes, DealFlowAgent's decision is final
    • These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice
    • By making a referral, you agree to these terms
    • Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Confidential information about the business must not be shared without proper NDA
