Senior M&A Adviser
Own the entire deal lifecycle from signed engagement to closed transaction. You are the engine of our client-facing operations and the primary driver of revenue. Not a support role: you lead all advisory work.
What You'll Do
- Run sell-side mandates for UK and US SMEs (£500k-£20M)
- Manage client onboarding, CIM preparation, and data rooms
- Facilitate buyer-seller introductions and negotiations
- Drive deals to close and collect success fees
Compensation
What We're Looking For
- •2-8 years end-to-end M&A, IB, or corporate development
- •C-suite relationship management experience
- •Strong negotiation and written communication skills
- •London or USA-based, AI tool fluency preferred
Founding Engineer
Architect and build the AI systems that power our entire platform. Take us from 1 to 10: scale Sage and Sterling (our dual conversational AI agents) and the matchmaking engine to handle thousands of users and complex M&A transactions.
What You'll Do
- Build multi-agent conversational AI systems (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG)
- Own the backend API orchestrating Claude, VAPI, and Supabase
- Scale a platform already generating £2M+ pipeline
- Hybrid London-based (2-3 days/week in office)
