Head of M&A / Senior M&A Advisor

Own the entire deal lifecycle from signed engagement to closed transaction. You are the engine of our client-facing operations and the primary driver of revenue. This is a leadership role, not a support function.
What You'll Do
- Own 5 to 8 sell-side mandates end-to-end for UK and US SMEs (£1M to £30M valuation)
- Manage the entire client relationship, from onboarding and strategy setting to closing. You are NOT just an Analyst.
- Navigate complex pipelines of dozens of buyers across multiple sell-side clients, driving competitive tension and structured negotiations
- Leverage our AI tools to handle CIM prep and data room admin, so you can focus 100% on high-value dealmaking
Compensation
What We're Looking For
- •5-10 years of real deal experience, ideally within a boutique advisory firm, investment bank, or corporate finance house
- •Proven track record of managing clients AND buyers through the entire deal lifecycle
- •Exceptional interpersonal skills: warm and charismatic, but highly assertive when pushing back on stubborn buyers or sellers
- •Obsessive attention to detail and relentless follow-up speed. Hunger to complete deals and earn commission
- •London or UK-based preferred, but open to exceptional US candidates
