If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. ## Account Responsibilities - You must provide accurate and complete information - You are responsible for maintaining account security - You may not share your account credentials - You must be authorised to represent your business - You must be at least 18 years old ## Service Usage You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include: - Providing false or misleading information - Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems - Using the service for illegal activities - Interfering with or disrupting the service - Violating any applicable laws or regulations ## Intellectual Property The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DealFlowAgent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and information. ## Advisory Nature of Services Our AI advisors provide guidance and recommendations based on the information you provide. This does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions. ## Payment Terms - Subscription fees are billed in advance - All payments are processed securely through Stripe - Refunds are handled according to our refund policy - Prices may change with 30 days notice ## Limitation of Liability DealFlowAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. ## Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. ## Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
